Here's what's happening with Yavapai County real estate in Northern Arizona!

Yavapai County Median Homes Sale Price Yavapai County July 12th, 2021, – According to Assessor Simmons, single-family residential median homes prices in 2021 reflect a 12% increase in a year over year comparison with 2020. According to early home sales data recorded through June, the median sales prices of homes in Yavapai County for 2021 stands at $425,000. An increase over the $380,000 median sales price from calendar year 2020. The early regional value changes are showing the Quad Cities with an 11% increase, the current median sales price being $429,000. The Verde Valley reported an increase of 16% for 2021, with a current median home sale price at $440,000. The Rural County current median sales price is $345,000 an increase of 11% over the previous year.
